Our customized preparation course is designed to address the specific graduate test of your choice. Our trained staff of tutors can work with you one on one on the following tests: GRE, GMAT, MCAT, LSAT, PCAT.
Our customized program for Medical School applicants, Atlanta GA
The customized Success Prep MCAT Prep class is unique for a number of reasons, below are some of the reasons why our program has been successful in increasing MCAT test scores 7-10 points.
- We start with the basics: Even though most applicants to medical school are college students; usually it's been 2 or 3 years since they used the bioogy, chemistry & physics tested on the MCAT. At the Success Prep MCAT prep class "we assume you know nothing"; this way we are able to help our students achieve success by starting from scratch, unlike other prep programs that gloss over the fundamental core concepts.
- Group study method: This unique approach to teaching the MCAT Prep class has allowed us to maximize the learning experience for the student by grouping students to about 4 on a table and allowing students to share information with each other on a given problem with our tutoring staff assisting with each group. This style ensures the student gets as personal and one on one attention as possible and also gives them time to practice problems in class instead of just taking notes from the instructor.
- MCAT Customized Handout: Our teaching material is customized to take full advantage of the 12 week, 72 hours review class. We focus on reviewing the concepts frequently tested on the MCAT using our handouts, with the goal of giving the student an accurate feel of what questions are most likely to be asked on the test
- Outside the classroom: An integral part of our program is weekly homework assignments designed to keep the student engage in practice for the 6 days they are away from the class. The homework assignments are reviewed at the next class to ensure all student questions are answered.
